Assistant Manager – Large Corporate Tax AdvisoryWe are working with a highly regarded advisory firm to recruit an Assistant Manager into their Large Corporate Tax Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA or CTA to join a market-leading practice and gain exposure to complex advisory work with major UK and international clients.The role is ideal for someone looking to move beyond compliance and into a more strategic, client-facing environment, advising on a wide range of corporate tax matters including group structuring, financing, international expansion, and tax risk management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tax advisory services to large UK and multinational clients
  • Support senior team members on complex tax planning and structuring projects
  • Conduct technical research and prepare client-ready reports and presentations
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
Candidate Profile:
  • Newly qualified ACA / CTA (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical grounding in UK corporate tax
  • Interest in advisory work and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
