We support clients on a broad range of projects including fully outsourced tax accounting services, group tax reporting, advisory engagements, and large-scale tax audits.By combining deep technical expertise, industry knowledge, proven methodologies, and cutting-edge tax technologies, we work with some of the most prominent multinational companies-including FTSE-listed and significant inbound businesses. Our mission is to help clients develop and implement practical, effective, and sustainable tax strategies.The OpportunityDue to recent client wins and continued growth, we are looking for experienced Senior Tax Advisors to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most high-profile clients in the market, supporting them through an increasingly complex tax and regulatory environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Proactively grow your external network and strengthen internal relationships within the firm.
  • Deliver high-quality tax services, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-focused approach.
  • Manage the successful execution of tax projects, contributing to their efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
About You
  • Strong technical skills in corporate tax, with a desire to continue developing your expertise.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Commercially aware and client-focused, with the ability to spot and assess potential risks.
  • Experienced in tax accounting and/or tax audit, with the ability to interpret current and emerging tax legislation.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, across a range of audiences and settings.
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a flexible and proactive mindset.
  • A collaborative team player, able to quickly integrate into new teams and work effectively across functions.
  • Skilled in coaching and developing junior team members, supporting their growth and success.
  • Up to date on developments in the tax landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Outgoing and personable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused work.
QualificationsOne of the following (or equivalent) is required:
  • ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA
  • HMRC Tax Inspector with full Technical Training Course
  • Law qualification with relevant tax experience
