About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.To contribute to the achievement and maximisation of agreed budgeted EBITDA by managing and developing new and existing customer relationships in order to maximise sales.ResponsibilitiesSalesResponsible for the delivery of monthly / quarterly / annual EBITDA, cash flow and budgeted targets using effective sales techniques and the company’s sales proceduresManage key accounts against set targets, including mandatory face to face sales call quotas each monthOpen and develop new trading accountsMaintain a sales plan for the area, monitoring and mapping time scales and actions required to achieve growth.Maintain appropriate level of product knowledge, including attendance at product trainingNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Liaise with appropriate BDMs to maximise sales opportunitiesMonitor, evaluate and report on competitor’s activities in order to identify sales opportunitiesContribute to industry and company product development to maximise sales opportunitiesLiaise and work closely with other members of the sales team to ensure the customer’s requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectivelyBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
