Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
Proven experience in SME account handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
Day-to-day
Engage with warm leads and existing accounts
Collaborate with the SME team to drive business growth
Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
