
Technical Operator

- Week 1: Sunday - Wednesday, 7pm - 7am
- Week 2: Monday - Wednesday, 7pm - 7am
- Operate high-spec processing and packing equipment using recipe management systems
- Perform regular equipment start-up, shutdown and maintenance procedures
- Ensure all safety protocols (LOTO) and quality standards (HACCP, GMP) are upheld
- Complete and maintain production documentation including manufacturing and quality records
- Carry out autonomous maintenance activities including cleaning and inspections
- Diagnose equipment issues, understand mechanical structures, and address performance abnormalities
- Apply problem-solving techniques (e.g. RCA, 5 Whys) to identify root causes and improve processes
- Champion continuous improvement and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all health & safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Previous experience in a similar technical or production-based role
- Strong awareness of safety, quality and manufacturing standards
- A hands-on individual with good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated and committed to maintaining high standards
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and adaptability in a changing environment
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or other food safety practices
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
