- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics, Logistics Service Provider space, with a focus on industry-specific strategies or a Industry Leader i with demonstrated equivalent in software execution space with use cases, ai.
- Exposure to Transportation, Warehousing, Automation, 3Pl. Ai agents and Fourth Party Logistics models is highly preferred.
- Previous experience selecting or using Tier 1 or Tier 2 software Command Centers, WMS, TMS and Platform is desired as a user or influencer of the software selection.
- Former P-L experience, operations, consulting and framework design partnered with sales methodology experience is preferred.
- A self-starter, who can hit the ground running and is accountable to do-say culture is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex industry trends and drivers with ability to align across matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence key industry stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Experience in a team-based selling environment.
