As an Operational Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory across our vending machines, vans, and storerooms. You'll work collaboratively with operators and third-party suppliers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. If you're passionate about logistics and data accuracy, we want to hear from you!Your Key Responsibilities:Stock Management & Data Accuracy:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms
- Correct stock entry errors and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate regular stock reports for internal review
- Maintain accurate product configurations in our Vending Management SystemAuditing & Compliance:
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc stock audits
- Investigate and resolve variances between physical and system stock
- Support continuous improvement in inventory control processesOperator & Supplier Coordination:
- Provide day-to-day support to vending operators on stock queries
- Communicate stock availability and delivery schedules
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to place and track stock ordersSkills & Qualifications You Bring:Experience in inventory administration, logistics, or vending operations
Strong attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy
Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP and similar)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
