This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.About the RoleThe post is for 21.00 hours per weekYou'll work on a 2-week rolling Rota, including:
  • Evening shifts: 15:00 - 22:00
  • Salary 25,583- 25,989 (FTE)
  • Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)
Your role will include:
  • Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes
  • Promoting independence and person-cantered care
  • Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies
  • Treating every person with dignity and respect

  • GCSE Grades D-G in Math's and English or
  • Functional Skills Level 1 in Math's and English
Desirable (but not required):
  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Don't have the Level 2 qualification, No problem! We'll provide full training and fund your qualification after successful completion of your probation period.We'll support you with:
  • A comprehensive induction program
  • Full training to deliver high standards of care
  • Funded qualification upon successful completion of your probation period
