  • This thriving organisation is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a diverse range of employment claims from initial instruction through to final hearing and any post-hearing requirements.
  • The successful candidate will efficiently advance claims by providing precise legal guidance, effectively managing client expectations, and mentoring junior employment lawyers through each stage of the litigation process.
  • The firm is seeking qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. A strong understanding of employment law and extensive experience with Employment Tribunal procedures are essential.
  • The firm offers this position on a hybrid basis, allowing for up to three days of remote work each week.
