BristolMy client is a regional practice who are looking for an experienced employment solicitor to join their successful Bristol-based team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload, representing both employees and employers in a range of contentious matters with some scope to work on non-contentious matters. The position includes hybrid working options and you can expect a blend of office and home working. My client are also open, dependant on experience for this to be a fully remote role**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a varied caseload, including discrimination, whistleblowing, employee capability, unfair dismissal, tribunals, TUPE, policies, HR advice, grievances, and more.
- Provide expert legal advice to both claimants and respondents.
- Collaborate with a highly respected team to deliver top-quality service to our clients.
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law.
- Experience gained at a reputable employment law team and the ability to manage own caseload.
