💷 Salary: £110-£125 per day (depending on experience)A busy and vibrant primary school in Cheetham Hill is looking for a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to take on a role that includes regular class cover responsibilities.This position is ideal for a proactive HLTA who can step into whole-class teaching when required, as well as support learning across different key stages.Key Responsibilities:-Delivering planned lessons when covering for teachers-Leading small group and 1:1 support sessions across core subjects-Supporting teachers with preparation, assessment and classroom management-Ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment-Providing consistency and stability for pupils across the schoolWhat We're Looking For:-HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)-Confidence in delivering lessons to whole classes-Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills-Flexibility to work across year groups and adapt to different teaching needs-A team player with excellent communication skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for an HLTA who enjoys a varied role, with the chance to take on whole-class teaching and gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment.This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards.
