** Car parking availableThis primary school looking to appoint a strong, enthusiastic, committed and creative Support Assistants to work with children with a range of abilities including those with an Educational, Health and Care Plan. They are looking for LSAs who are experienced working with SEN and to be flexible in their approach by enhancing teaching and learning, and pastoral care through various ways.The successful candidates will work closely with the class teacher, Phase Lead and SENCO, and should have good literacy, numeracy skills and a professional approach to provide support to our teachers and students in the classroom, covering a variety of learning activities. Candidates must also be able to use their own initiatives and have a good standard of spoken and written English. They must have proven experience in a school setting working with primary age group children.You will also provide support to the wider school and as an integral member of the Learning & Teaching team. You will be part of the planning and development meetings each week and required to provide class cover when needed. The ideal candidate will relish the challenge of working in a fast paced environment.
