- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic DOE
- Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays
- Process all vehicle sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock records and ensure all vehicle details are up to date
- Liaise with sales teams, manufacturers, and finance companies
- Prepare and issue invoices and related paperwork
- Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations
- Support the sales department with general administrative duties
- Work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- Significant experience in vehicle or sales administration within the motor trade
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high volumes of work
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS systems
- A proactive and professional approach to all tasks
