Production Operatives - Immediate StartWidnes | £13.67 per hour | Full-Time | Temporary | 4 on, 4 off Shift Pattern | Onsite RoleAcorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting Production Operatives for our client - a leading manufacturer based in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern facility in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with weekly pay and immediate starts available.About the Role:As a Production Operative, you'll be part of a team responsible for operating machinery, packing products, and ensuring high-quality output. The role involves both day and night shifts, working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Pack and prepare items for dispatch.
  • Perform quality checks on finished goods.
  • Follow site safety, hygiene, and 5S procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks where required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working 12-hour shifts or a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
  • A proactive and reliable attitude.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Awareness of 5S / lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
Shift Pattern:
  • 2 x 12-hour Day Shifts - 6:45am to 7pm.
  • 2 x 12-hour Night Shifts - 6:45pm to 7am.
  • Then 4 days off (Repeat cycle).
Pay Rate:
  • £13.67 per hour.
  • Paid weekly.
