
Property Credit Controller

- Monitor accounts and identify late and missing payments.
- Issue reminders to ensure accounts are brought up to date and escalate for further action where necessary.
- Prepare rent schedules and reconcile accounts using Excel.
- Deal with tenants queries regarding their rent accounts and record on our property management system.
- Deal with arrears correspondence.
- Serve legal notices where applicable and manage the journey from service to conclusion.
- Prepare cases for hearings and attend possession hearings/bailiffs appointments where necessary.
- Run routine and adhoc reports and post daily rent charges onto our property management system.
- Provide debt management support.
- Work closely with the finance department.
