As a Credit Controller, you will play a key part in maintaining the company’s financial health by ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in credit control who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and collect debts from a diverse client portfolio
- Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with the existing financial policies and procedures
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Finance Manager
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Availability to start promptly and commit to the full duration of the contract
- Competitive pro rata salary of £30,000- £32,000 per annum
