We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant and supportive schools in the Bootle area.Immediate Starts Available - Don't miss this opportunity!Pay Rate: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour (PAYE)What you'll be doing:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of the school community, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Your duties will include:
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning needs.
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, preparing materials, and managing the classroom.
  • Helping students to stay motivated and engaged in lessons and activities.
  • Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Encouraging students to develop independence and confidence in their abilities.
  • Helping to manage student behavior in a positive and constructive way.
  • Supporting students during social activities and school trips.
