We are working closely with our client schools to support and train passionate individuals as Trainee Behaviour Mentors, offering hands-on experience and high-quality training to help you succeed.Following a successful interview and all necessary suitability checks, you will be offered a paid school placement tailored to your strengths and interests—whether that’s Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, secondary, or SEND settings.
