- Providing coaching and skills support to ensure successful timely completion of End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Working with curriculum colleagues to check learner progress is to agreed targets
- Conducting regular reviews with the apprentice line manager and apprentice to successfully complete timely EPA
- Supporting the development and progression of a caseload of apprentices
- Highlighting and documenting any operational issues to the line manager which may affect learner progression as appropriate
- Setting tasks and providing support throughout the apprentice journey including
- Supporting employers in understanding & documenting their responsibilities relating to on and off job training requirements of the apprentice
- Providing pastoral support to apprentices as required
- Providing advice, guidance & training regarding Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent and Equality & Diversity and be responsible for ensuring that the workplace provides an ongoing safe environment
- Experience in Mechatronics within industry
- A relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher
- An A1/V1 Assessors Award (or equivalent)
- Excellent IT skills
- Teaching Qualification
- IQA Award is desirable
- 37 hours per week, all year round
- Permanent
- £31,413- £37,199 (dependant on experience and qualification)
