Apprenticeship Skills Tutor - Business and Management
Location: Worksop

The Role:
  • Are you passionate about developing business talent? We are seeking an experienced and engaging professional to support learners through the Levels 2, 3 and 5 Business and Management Apprenticeship Standards.
  • You will plan, deliver and assess a variety of programmes while providing on-site teaching, reviews and assessments, using modern e-portfolio and tracking tools.
  • With a strong background in business and management at a leadership level, you'll bring subject knowledge to life through coaching, mentoring and tailored guidance.
What you'll need:
  • Assessor Award (required)
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Level 5 (or higher) qualification in Management Business and Management sector experience, including at a managerial level
  • Valid and current Enhanced DBS
  • Strong IT and e-portfolio skills
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2
  • IQA qualification (desirable)
  • Experience engaging with diverse learners and building strong professional relationships
