Job Category: OperationsJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Coordinator to support our international logistics operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth cross border shipments and well managed data across our systems. This role an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics or order management experience who enjoys driving process improvements. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week.Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipment Documentation: Prepare and manage import/export paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, and pallet declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements to support accurate and timely delivery.
  • Systems & Data Management: Manage and validate accurate shipment data across ERP (D365), WMS, Excel, and partner platforms; troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure records are aligned.
  • Customs Coordination: Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs and internal stakeholders to support smooth cross-border clearance.
  • Exception Handling: Monitor and resolve operational issues (e.g., data mismatches, delays, stock discrepancies) with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support updates that make documentation, systems, and reporting more efficient and accurate.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track shipment activity and provide insights.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and confidence working across multiple systems (ERP, WMS and others).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • A proactive problem-solver with an interest in developing customs and international trade knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to customs documentation or Incoterms.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, or customs brokers.
