
Import/Export Coordinator - Fanatics Collectibles

- Shipment Documentation: Prepare and manage import/export paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, and pallet declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements to support accurate and timely delivery.
- Systems & Data Management: Manage and validate accurate shipment data across ERP (D365), WMS, Excel, and partner platforms; troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure records are aligned.
- Customs Coordination: Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs and internal stakeholders to support smooth cross-border clearance.
- Exception Handling: Monitor and resolve operational issues (e.g., data mismatches, delays, stock discrepancies) with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support updates that make documentation, systems, and reporting more efficient and accurate.
- Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track shipment activity and provide insights.
- Experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and confidence working across multiple systems (ERP, WMS and others).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- A proactive problem-solver with an interest in developing customs and international trade knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Exposure to customs documentation or Incoterms.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, or customs brokers.
