Reference #: 895161_1749750195Location: Tamworth, StaffordshireSalary: £18800 - £18800Sector: Business SupportType: PermanentPosted On: 12/06/2025Part Time Customer Support SpecialistWe are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Tamworth based client on a part time basis, 24 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role will be to provide excellent customer support, through the resolution on inbound and outbound queries to agreed KPI's via telephone and email.As a Customer Support Specialist, you will need to have/be:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to form productive working relationships
  • Strong Team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Tangible experience in similar role
  • Good Excel and Numeracy Skills
  • Customer Handling Skills with a commitment to clear effective verbal and written communication to the highest quality.
  • Daily interface with internal factors for resolution of customer complaints and issues with ability to use own initiative to obtain necessary information.
  • Uses appropriate knowledge for resolution problem solving.
  • Motivated to work as an effective team member.
  • Ability to organise own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and decisive, initiate new initiatives, process improvement.
  • Attention to detail - data integrity - recording information.
  • Accountability to resolve and conclude all enquiry types.

Role of Customer Support Specialist:
  • Resolution of inbound and outbound enquiries within agreed timescales to customers satisfaction
  • Efficient order processing within agreed timescales to be delivered to customer in line with their requirement and internal process
  • Identification of areas for improvement within operational processes
  • Supporting the network in system use/ training
