You’ll begin with approximately 4 weeks of office-based training in Lichfield, then transition to a hybrid model, with ongoing office attendance in Brownhills when and as required.Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from residents in a polite and professional manner- Provide accurate support regarding metering, billing, and vending queries- Process meter top-ups using internal systems- Accurately update and maintain customer records- Escalate issues following company procedures when necessary- Ensure all interactions comply with data protection regulations- Report to Customer Services Manager daily- Attend training and occasional office-based meetings in Brownhills, WalsallWhat We’re Looking For:- Confident using email, spreadsheets, and call-handling software- Clear, professional, and empathetic phone manner- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure- Experience in a call centre, customer service, or utilities-related role- Understanding of metering systems or prepayment meters (only desirable - training provided)
