- Assist Strategy and Monetization teams with executing demand tests and setups, including mediation optimizations and projects involving internal and external ad platforms.
- Support the testing of ad products and experiences, including assisting with the launch of new game titles and features.
- Help ensure processes are followed and actionable requests are communicated effectively, collaborating with DemandOps and Platform Solutions teams as needed.
- Maintain and update blocklists and other Advertising Quality collateral.
- Assist in investigating and documenting problematic advertisers, escalating findings to the team.
- Monitor incoming Ad Quality notifications / alerts and flag these within the appropriate channels.
- Contribute to the adoption of best practices by completing assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and external partners on smaller tasks, sharing insights to support team objectives.
- Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions about new business approaches and potential industry developments.
- Provide input during collaborative settings to help improve project approaches and execution.
- Support product and engineering teams in testing internal tools, providing feedback and suggestions where necessary.
- Maintain team documentation and collateral.
- 3+ years of experience in Programmatic / Advertising Operations, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of SSPs (GAM, Monetize), DSPs and mediation tools.
- Ad Network and/or Gaming sector experience preferable, but not necessary.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn about the digital advertising landscape.
- Understanding of Brand Safety / Suitability and Ad Quality competencies.
- Candidate should have a proactive mindset towards set day-to-day tasks, looking to develop these where possible.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate a collaborative and customer-focused mindset in daily responsibilities.
