- Escalation procedures, promptly allocating unresolved calls as appropriate
- Maintaining the log and advising customers of actions taken
- Gaining sound understanding of specific PC applications and the impact of any failure/problems
- Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team
- Maintain a strong customer focus at all times
- Experience in customer service/support
- Good foundation knowledge of IT, will a desire to develop further
