- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Collaborate within the IT team for effective support, assisting as required.
- Support multiple sites, ensuring system reliability.
- Utilise IT Helpdesk software, meet SLA's, and manage priorities.
- Participate in on-call support, including evenings and weekends.
- Maintain organised equipment storage and tidy workspaces.
- Contribute to IT procedures, policies, and documentation.
- Attend meetings and training sessions.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PCI, Licensing, and collaboration with external IT partners.
- Understand desktop systems, network security, backup procedures, and anti-virus measures.
- Report illegal activities promptly.
- Conduct IT housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with historic building requirements.
- A strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
