You'll report to the Production Manager and may occasionally cover for both the Production and Operations Managers, giving you valuable exposure to broader operational leadership.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet operational KPIs and budgetary targets.
- Monitor and maintain top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Support daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Track and report on team performance.
- Basic HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused, with a keen eye for quality.
- Adaptable and proactive in managing daily challenges.
