Job Description:CheltenhamProduction Team Leader - FTC for 6 months£14. 94 per hour, weekly paid, plus Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Performance Awards, Long Service Awards and opportunities for training and career progression.Our Cheltenham site are excited to be recruiting for a Production Team Leader on a full time, temporary basis, Monday to Friday. The operating hours are between 6.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.Your new roleAs a Production Team Leader with us, you will work within the workwear and sorting area. You will take responsibility for managing a number of Production Operatives and ensure KPI's are delivered, with a focus on quality and customer service. You will ensure all Operatives are trained and that standards are maintained and followed, including dealing with any HR issues such as disciplinaries/investigations/Return to Work interviews. You will also be responsible for resolving all production issues in your area and will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure shift targets are met.This is a hands-on role, where you will need to "roll-up your sleeves" and muck in.Requirements:What do I need to apply?The key thing here is your experience in managing/supervising a team in a multi-cultural environment. This is ESSENTIAL.You will need a good level of spoken and written English (our business language), be a team player and will ideally have had exposure to dealing with staff HR issues.
