Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekOur client is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about driving operational efficiency, quality, and team development.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting both quality standards and washing targets.Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the washing process.
- Implement and monitor operational plans and production schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Analyse production performance data, focusing on efficiency, output, and product quality.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Competency in Microsoft Office and process automation systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
