
Administrator / Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO)

- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the team.
- Uploading documents to HPS and client files.
- Reviewing daily reports and ensuring they are saved to the relevant files.
- Assisting the Site Manager with updating programmes.
- Undertaking TLO responsibilities, including contacting tenants and clients to schedule works.
- GCSEs Grade A-C / 4-9
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Professional, motivate and reliable approach
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
