- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of Venue Representatives using our time and attendance systems.
- Support local payroll reporting in collaboration with internal teams and local payroll providers.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of regional venue representatives.
- Oversee regional hardware management and venue assets, including setup, troubleshooting, and inventory control.This may include ordering devices and sending or taking into venues for ticket check in.
- Conduct zoom training of hired applicants.
- Analyze venue traffic patterns and operational data to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop initiatives to enhance the venue experience and ensure alignment with company values.
- Maintain regular communication with venue leads and representatives, providing support across multiple channels, including weekends and evenings when necessary (within working time regulations).
- Ensure venues are equipped with appropriate signage and materials. Coordinate signage printing and shipping inti venues.
- Provide on-site support for new venue openings and training.
- Build and maintain a strong network of trained representatives capable of supporting venue expansion.
- Regular travel within the region is required on weekends for show openings
- Be a part of various Venue Operations projects.
