- Take full ownership of the marketing function, managing a team of three and working closely with senior leadership to deliver growth.
- Lead and shape the brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring voice and tone across multiple channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee a third-party agency to scale paid campaigns and deliver a steady stream of high-quality leads.
- Optimise Instagram, which is currently the strongest performing channel, and relaunch YouTube to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Build and improve lead nurturing processes, making better use of a 9,000-strong mailing list and maximising campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to align strategy, streamline conversion funnels, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to enter and win industry awards, enhancing brand authority and reputation.
- Shape the roadmap for future marketing team growth and help build a scalable marketing function from the ground up.
- We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded marketing leader who can combine strategy with hands-on execution.
- Proven success in driving leads and revenue through multi-channel campaigns.
- Expertise in paid advertising, particularly Meta and PPC, and experience managing agency relationships to maximise ROI.
- Strong experience across core digital marketing channels, including social, PPC, SEO, email marketing, YouTube, and CRM.
- An analytical mindset and confidence using data to shape campaigns and allocate budget effectively.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to deliver campaign-driven strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments is a bonus but not essential.
- Sector background isn't important. What matters most is proven performance.
- A competitive salary up to £45,000 plus performance commission with an OTE of up to £55,000.
- Hybrid working with 3 to 4 days in the Gateshead office and 1 to 2 days from home.
