We’re now looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver leading digital strategies across our nine brands.The role:This newly created role within our Marketing team will take ownership of our core digital operations, spanning websites, apps and social media. You’ll play a key role in shaping the digital customer journey, enhancing user experience and ensuring our platforms support the needs of our audiences at every stage.As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll help plan and implement digital strategies that support brand growth, improve lead generation and build strong digital engagement. You will also manage ongoing development and optimisation of our digital touchpoints and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency, quality and innovation across all digital channels.Responsibilities:Digital strategy & implementation
  • Support the Director of Marketing in developing and delivering digital and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimise all brand websites and apps, ensuring seamless UX, performance and functionality.
  • Map and refine digital customer journeys to enhance engagement and support lead generation.
  • Oversee the digital development roadmap, coordinating with internal teams and external developers to deliver new features, pages and platforms.
  • Lead SEO strategy across all websites, ensuring on-page and technical SEO best practices are implemented to improve search visibility, increase organic traffic and support lead generation goals.
  • Use analytics to track ROI, assess performance and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed of emerging digital trends, technologies and best practices to ensure the Group’s digital assets remain innovative and competitive.
