- Support the Director of Marketing in developing and delivering digital and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimise all brand websites and apps, ensuring seamless UX, performance and functionality.
- Map and refine digital customer journeys to enhance engagement and support lead generation.
- Oversee the digital development roadmap, coordinating with internal teams and external developers to deliver new features, pages and platforms.
- Lead SEO strategy across all websites, ensuring on-page and technical SEO best practices are implemented to improve search visibility, increase organic traffic and support lead generation goals.
