- Design and implement, in collaboration with Sales Director UK&I, a strategic business plan that expands Q-SYS market share within the agreed market verticals and targeted accounts.
- Developing and managing key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with external direct sales team, as well as internal customer team.
- Maintain and develop the company CRM database.
- Deliver agreed results against defined KPI’s/Objectives
- Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by telephone, email and personal visits.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
- Attend local end user and industry events working with marketing to maximise ROI
- Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred
- Must have proven consultative sales experience
- Comprehensive understanding of audio, video and networking is essential
- Experience in proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services is vital
- Proven experience within Corporate/Enterprise audio visual market
- Demonstration of an understanding of indirect sales channels is desirable
- Experience with Salesforce CRM sales forecasting and tracking (or equivalent CRM) is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly
- Well organised to manage conflicting priorities
