Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs.
  • Help deliver and reinforce therapeutic and behavioural interventions.
  • Use trauma-informed, restorative, and safeguarding practices daily.
  • Be a consistent, supportive figure for students who require emotional regulation and behavioural support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans.

What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
