- QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent qualification
- RSA/OCR 3 Typing/Word processing or equivalent/experience
- RSA 2 Audio Transcription or equivalent experience
- Fast and efficient in: Microsoft Office, word processing, electronic diaries and file management, Excel
- Knowledge/experience of a range of secretarial procedures
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer competent.
- Typing letters to a high degree of accuracy
- Participation in flexible work patterns / shift working may be required, to meet the needs of the service
- QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent qualification
