- Standard IT skills these will be tested at interview
- Educated to vocational level 2 in Business Administration OR Good general education with a minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (*A-C) with good IT skills or Considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 2 vocational qualification on appointment to post

- Knowledge of clerical/office procedures and administrative systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word; Excel, Outlook
- Recent, relevant experience in an Administrative/Secretarial/ Reception Role
