
Sales Support Administrator

- Responding promptly to customer enquiries across various platforms
- Making outbound calls to follow up with leads and ensure they have the info they need
- Supporting the handover process of completed sales to ensure a positive customer experience
- Accurately entering and updating customer data in internal systems
- Assisting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks and ad hoc support
- Have experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Are confident speaking with people from different backgrounds and regions
- Can manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
- Are proactive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software
- Supportive and friendly team culture
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00), with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota (Saturday is paid at time and half)
