Medinet is a leading provider of insourced clinical services to the NHS, helping reduce referral-to-treatment waiting times and improving patient outcomes.As a Clinic Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting NHS contracts, ensuring clinics are planned, resourced, and delivered seamlessly. You’ll work closely with Consultants, Nurses, and NHS executives, as well as our commercial and operational experts, to make sure our services run smoothly and efficiently.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys building strong relationships with both clinical teams and key stakeholders.Role Summary
  • Coordinating and scheduling clinical teams for NHS contracts.
  • Supporting the mobilisation of new business, including resourcing clinical teams and preparing key documentation.
  • Managing clinic operations such as reporting, administration, and communication with NHS teams.
  • Ensuring all contracts are resourced on time and escalating risks when needed.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with proposals, bids, and business development opportunities.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Participating in an on-call rota to help ensure the smooth delivery of services 7 days a week.
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills – confident with people at all levels.
  • Customer service mindset – focused on supporting patients, staff, and NHS partners.
  • Highly organised – able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Proactive and motivated – takes initiative and drives results.
  • Healthcare / NHS experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Desirable: Experience in roles such as Clinic Coordinator, Hospital Administrator, or Patient Waiting Times ManagementWhat we offer:
