- Production Scheduling
- Develop and maintain production schedules, considering customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity. Adjust schedules as needed to address production delays or changes in demand.
- Liaise cross functionally with all areas of Operations as required to maintain an accurate Production Plan.
- Liaise directly with the Engineering team to feedback any changes to the Production Plan that may impact customer delivery.
- Publishes customer open order book schedules as requested.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of materials to ensure that production runs smoothly.
- Provide updates and recommendations to relevant business leaders on safety stock levels, resource requirements, schedule amendments as appropriate.
- Level 3 in Procurement and Supply Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Can manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience utilising MRP software (preferably Factory Master)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
