- Plan production schedules, for the build and delivery of customer orders,
- Determine resources required
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Attend meetings with internal team and other stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are managed and fulfilled.
- Review and adjust the schedule where needed
- Manage customer orders
- Gather information on production times, material costs and resource requirements to produce a price estimate with the use of an MRP system
- Providing quotes to customers from off-plan drawings / specifications
- Other adhoc duties
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Experience of using MRP/ERP systems
