As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality solutions on time, ensuring our platform continues to meet the needs of our users.Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, while mentoring team members to strengthen their Salesforce expertise. You’ll also have the chance to broaden your own skills - including the opportunity to cross-train in Python - helping to create a development team that’s versatile and proficient across all our core technologies.What You’ll Bring:An appreciation of Agile methodology is essential, and you should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Qualifications/Experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Salesforce development, prototyping, and testing
  • 3+ years Salesforce software development
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
  • Cloud software deployment/management
  • Code Version Control systems
  • Salesforce Platform knowledge: a strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Salesforce’s API
  • Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Python
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning Web Components
  • Flow Builder
  • Certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Administration, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
