A secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to support across KS3–KS4. This is a fantastic role for graduates looking to step into teaching or those with classroom experience who want flexible and rewarding work.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support students with classwork and interventions
- Cover a variety of subjects across the school
- Previous experience with young people desirable
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Confident, adaptable, and reliable
