- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and engage students in meaningful activities
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a culture of respect and cooperation
- Support students with their learning and providing assistance as needed
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure a smooth flow of information and continuity in the learning process
- A degree in education or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom order
- Patience and resilience in managing varied classroom situations
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and year groups
