We want to hear from you.About UsWe are a dynamic and well-established building services contractor delivering complex M&E packages across commercial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking for an MEP Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations across multiple sites in the Greater London area.The RoleAs MEP Commercial Manager, you will:Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors (intermediate to senior level)Manage commercial performance of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final accountLiaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure strong financial control and contract complianceOversee procurement, valuations, variations, and monthly reportingWork closely with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate cost forecasting and risk managementWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in a similar MEP commercial leadership role (ideally 5+ years)Strong background in building services (mechanical & electrical)Experience managing commercial teams and mentoring junior staffExcellent understanding of JCT and NEC contractsAble to lead from the front, with a proactive and collaborative approachStrong communication and negotiation skillsDesirableDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial ManagementMembership of RICS or equivalent professional body
