Every day is different as an SEN Teacher! You'll design creative, engaging lessons tailored to students with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs. By adapting your approach to suit individual strengths and abilities, you'll help each child achieve their best.You'll work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, making sure every student feels valued and supported. Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating every achievement, big or small, will be at the heart of your teaching.What We're Looking For
  • QTS (or equivalent) with experience supporting students with SEN.
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable teaching style.
  • The ability to think creatively and bring learning to life.
  • Strong behaviour management skills, with a focus on encouragement and de-escalation.
