- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in line with our expansion.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with our high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the experienced team to create innovative tailored solutions for customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Work closely with the management team to chase, follow and convert opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales
- To achieve KPIs for Strategic Plan focus areas
- Two or more years of experience in managing sales in Distribution, Logistic and Warehousing sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to travel, fully expensed company car provided. Full UK licences required.
