By reaching out to existing delegates and buyers, the objective is to understand the clients’ buying patterns with a view to generating a regular bank of new business leads.You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and calling persons of interest from Astutis’ significant bank of enquirers and existing clients.
- Using Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and software to contact target buyers from the existing client base.
- Working with the Marketing team and Marketing Campaigns Manager on outreach campaigns and new product messaging.
- Using platforms such as Lead Forensics, Dripify, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Generating qualified leads for Client Solutions Managers and Account Managers-this role is lead-focused, not cold calling.
- Assisting with new business meetings and customer engagement within key accounts.
- Collaborating with delivery and finance teams to ensure accurate data collection and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products and relevant market sectors.
- Supporting account-based marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing department.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Using Sage CRM (basic knowledge required).
