We are working with an excellent business in Greater Manchester who are looking to bring an Assistant Accountant into the finance team, they are a global out-fit with best in class onboarding, training and development opportunities.Assistant Accountant – The Role:Periodic reporting to clientsEnsuring accurate reconciliation of client reports i.e vat & client statementsInstructing the treasury department of the collection of monies, transfer of monies to a client, amendments to accounts, payment of client property related transactions, general maintenance of clients funds.Manage and maintain service charge fundsManage housekeeping of client fundsLiaise with the property service charge team to ensure that cashflow/funding for each property service charge is adequateDeal appropriately with any property transfersCarry out frequent housekeeping and cleansing of all cash balances heldAssistant Accountant – Background:Maintain membership of any required professional bodiesHave at least 3 years experience within an accounting positionStrong accounting/financial skills to at least technician, PQ or QBEExcellent attention to detailExcellent communicatorStrong team playerMaintain any qualifications required for your roleAssistant Accountant – Benefits:£32-34kHybrid workingExtensive retail benefitsCPD coursesTraining and development opportunities.
