• Assist the Team Manager by taking charge in their absence and serve as the Duty Manager when required.
• Chair select Professional Meetings and Case Conferences, fostering collaboration and results-driven discussions.
• Support the social worker on duty by ensuring that incoming concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and robust records of actions and decisions on the Mosaic database.
• Conduct complex enquiries with thoroughness, coordinating with internal and external colleagues as needed.
